Red Ocher Powder (Geru Powder / गेरू पाउडर / Geru)

Shodhana or Purification (Preparation) for Oral Use:

• Ingredients:
  • Gairika (Red Ocher) - 1 part
  • Go-dugdha (Cow's Milk) / Ghee - Quantity Sufficient (Q.S) for Bhavana (impregnation)

Method:

1. Prepare a fine powder of Gairika.
2. Perform Bhavana with Go-dugdha or Ghee by mixing it thoroughly.
3. This mixture should be given in appropriate doses, dry, for therapeutic purposes.
